Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how this website and related services are used.

We provide private support for visa-related application workflows, document preparation, and related processing assistance (the "Services"). This website is not owned, operated, or endorsed by any ministry, embassy, or government office. By using this website, including any mobile access path, you agree to these Terms, which may be updated at our discretion when needed.

Some features may have additional conditions that apply only to those specific services. Those additional conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, are part of your agreement with us. Continued use of the Services confirms your acceptance of all applicable terms and updates.

Access and Use of the Service

  • Registration Obligations

Access to certain functions may require account registration. If you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details in all required fields. Registration information and related personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy. Users under 18 years old are not authorized to use this service, whether registered or not.

  • Member Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities performed through your account. You must promptly report any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach. Always log out after each session, especially on shared devices. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by failure to follow these account-security duties.

  • Modifications to Service

We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. By using the Service, you accept that we are not responsible for losses or claims connected to such changes or interruptions.

  • Mobile Service

Some service options are available on phones and tablets and are referred to as “Mobile Services”. If you use Mobile Services, your carrier may apply data, messaging, or network fees. Availability can differ by carrier and device, and some functions may be limited or blocked by provider rules.

By using Mobile Services, you agree that we or service partners may send communications through SMS, MMS, text, or similar electronic channels. Limited technical usage information may be shared with us to support service operation. If your mobile number changes or is deactivated, you must update your account quickly so notifications are not sent to a different user.

Delivery Times

We try to complete requests within expected timelines, but specific completion times cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor actions, or actions and outages involving public authorities and official systems.

Visa requirements are set by government authorities and may change without notice. Although we aim to keep information updated, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free, and reliance on that information remains your responsibility.

Cancellation and Refund Support for Travel Documentation Services

At www.fiji-evisa.com, we know travel plans can change at short notice. Our cancellation and refund rules are designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with immigration processing requirements. Please read the following points before submitting any cancellation request.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • For Normal processing, cancellation should be requested within 1 hour after order placement. For urgent, rush, and super-rush processing, requests should be submitted within 15 minutes after submission.
  • Cancellation can be considered when the application exists in our system but has not entered authority-side processing.
  • Once a case is forwarded for senior consular review, or marked under review/approved, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If required documents or information are not provided within the requested timeframe, the order may be auto-cancelled without refund eligibility.
  • If a case is cancelled and later rejected, the cancellation cannot be reversed and the fee remains non-refundable.
  • When duplicate applications are submitted, one may be cancelled only before processing begins.
  • If a traveler decides not to continue, cancellation may be requested before active processing starts.
  • Where additional documents are requested and not supplied in time, resulting refusal may remove refund eligibility.
  • Refunds are not issued if cancellation or refusal results from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading applicant information. We provide assistance, but applicants remain responsible for data correctness and document authenticity.
  • For duplicate payments, proof of both transactions is required before refund review. After verification, duplicate-payment refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to process.

Refund Policy

  • A refund may be approved when cancellation is submitted before active processing begins.
  • If travel becomes impossible due to force majeure events such as medical emergencies or unexpected personal situations, cancellation is evaluated according to processing stage.
  • If technical disruption affects processing systems, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case.
  • Applicants should confirm visa validity aligns with travel dates before applying. If plans change, cancellation should be requested before processing starts, because updates are generally not available afterward.
  • If the wrong visa category is selected, cancellation/refund may be considered only before authority-side processing starts.
  • If a visa is refused due to past travel violations, ineligibility, or prior refusals, paid fees remain non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method used at checkout; alternative payout methods are not supported.

No Cancellation & Refund After Visa Issuance

  • Once a visa is issued, it cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.
  • If a traveler decides not to use an approved visa, or later travels under another arrangement, the issued visa remains valid for its designated duration and cannot be revoked by request.
  • All paid fees remain non-refundable after issuance, regardless of later travel choices.

Processing Time for Cancellation & Refund and data security

  • Cancellation and refund requests are generally handled quickly after submission. When approved, refund settlement can take 4-17 business days to appear in your bank account.
  • After confirmed cancellation, personal details linked to that request are removed from active processing records.

Additional Considerations

  • Refund Fee: A handling charge of $20 or more may apply to eligible refund requests. For non-USD transactions, values may vary due to market rates and payment-processing costs.
  • Refund Cancellations: A refund transfer may be delayed or cancelled where payment-side problems originate from customer account details.
  • Currency Variations: The returned amount can differ slightly from the original payment because exchange rates may change between payment and refund dates.

At www.fiji-evisa.com, we work to provide clear support and consistent policy handling for all applicants. If you need clarification, contact our support team through official channels.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, data, or other non-tangible losses, even where potential risks were known. This applies to claims related to, including but not limited to, the following:

(i) use of the service, or inability to use the service;

(ii) cost of substitute services, products, data, or transactions connected with service use;

(iii) unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or information;

(iv) actions or statements of third parties relating to the service; or

(v) any other matter associated with the service.

Under all claim types, our total cumulative liability will not exceed ninety-nine USD ($99). This liability cap applies across legal theories including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, and similar grounds.

We use recognized technical safeguards, including SSL encryption and secure communication channels, to protect user data. However, no internet-based system can guarantee complete protection from cyber threats, malware, or unauthorized intrusion. If a breach occurs due to causes outside our reasonable control, related losses may not be recoverable from us.

Users should apply strong password practices, protect personal devices, and follow standard online security guidance. If appropriate, users may obtain additional protection through cyber-risk insurance options.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through established third-party gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Spreedly, Amazon, Braintree, and similar providers. Full card details are not stored on our internal servers.

Transaction exchanges with payment providers use 256-bit SSL encryption to secure transmission channels. In standard flow, unencrypted cardholder data is not transmitted. Payment partners also maintain their own security and fraud-control systems.

Protection of personal and financial information remains a priority, and we work with trusted payment partners to support secure transaction handling.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You use this service at your own discretion and risk. The platform is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or guaranteed outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Service Regulation

Visa laws, procedural standards, and authority requirements may be updated without prior notice. We are not liable for delays, refusals, or losses resulting from those external regulatory updates.

We are also not responsible for expenses or damages linked to schedule changes, trip interruption, entry limitations, or related impacts, whether direct or indirect. In every case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for visa, photo, or passport support services, even where potential damages could have been anticipated.

Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies

To maintain and improve service quality, we may collect technical and usage data through server logs, cookies, and tracking technologies. You can control cookie behavior in your browser by enabling alerts, allowing selected categories, or blocking cookies where supported.

Limited information may also come from external sources, including social networks or partner sites. If you sign in using third-party accounts like Google or Facebook, integration-related data may be shared according to the permissions you grant on those services.

Retention of the Information We Collect

We keep personal information for a reasonable period necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate operational requirements. After active processing ends, data may be securely restricted for the following purposes:

  1. To protect lawful interests connected to contractual or program-related claims.
  2. To satisfy regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
  3. To finalize reviews concerning suspected fraud or illegal conduct.

Cookie-related data may be retained until consent is withdrawn or the applicable retention period ends. After retention obligations are met, personal data is securely deleted under our internal data-control procedures.

Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. After receiving a valid request, we will process deletion or restriction as required by applicable law.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information

We may disclose collected information in the following circumstances:

Information may be shared during corporate events such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, asset sales, dissolutions, and related due-diligence or negotiation stages. We may also share data with affiliated entities where use aligns with this Privacy Policy.

We may use external service providers for operational functions, including communications, document processing support, system hosting, database administration, and payment operations. These providers are expected to follow applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

We may share information with third parties when you give clear consent for that disclosure.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, judicial order, regulatory instruction, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
